Theory :-
FA Emergency First Aid
FA Children Ensuring Safety in Football
Practical :-
The practical sessions for this course will include :-
Safely organise
and supervise football activities including Mini Soccer, Small
Sided and Conditional Games
Promote and establish working relationships and high standards
between players, coaches, parents and officials
Understand different aspects of coaching children
Identify and adapt football activities and sessions for a
variety of different age groups
Identify personal development opportunities in football
including sports therapy, administration and officiating
Assessment :-
The assessment for this course will include each candidates who
must deliver a 20 minute session age appropriate against a given
topic demonstrating the following :-
Safe Practice
Organisation
Enjoyment and fun
With progression
Note :-
Candidates
not completing the external assessment of coaching
practice will receive the FA Assistant Club Coach Award
Who is the course for :-
Anybody over 16 years of age looking for an introduction into Football
Coaching
Where the course can lead to :-
1st4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching
Football (The Football Association)
Costs :-
The cost of the 1st4sport Level 1 course is £185.00p
Please note that the FA
Level 1 Certificate Course must run with a minimum of 16 people.
