Introduction

Coaching Sports is a coach education company that provides the opportunity for coaches to develop their coaching ability. We believe that coaching is beyond just demonstrating the ability to achieve a qualification by passing an exam, but rather to make decisions according to the needs of  the individual players/athletes. That is why at Coaching Sports we not only provide qualifications at different levels, but also provide expert led workshops/modules to give coaches the opportunity to further their knowledge and experience within specific areas.

Coaching Sports also provides the opportunity to work within your club / organisation to assist with club education development.

The Philosophy

Your ability as a coach should not be merely judged upon the number of qualifications that you have achieved, but how you apply your knowledge effectively to enrich the learning experience and maximise the potential of each individual athlete that you work with, which will lead to success. We at Coaching Sports provide a method that encourages you to apply what you have learnt and experienced within your own coaching environment.

The Aim

To provide the opportunity for, the individual, to become a better coach with initiative. To not only achieve the qualification within their sport, but to enhance their understanding and knowledge as a coach throughout our programmes. To ensure that our education programme provides an holistic approach to your development as a coach. Teaching you how to apply your understanding and knowledge effectively when coaching your athletes.
